Checklist Before Transfer or Booking
1. Phase & Block VerificationConfirm that the specific block has approved LOP and is not part of unapproved future extensions.
2. Non-Encumbrance / Title CheckObtain NDC (No Demand Certificate) and verify seller title with the society registrar or civic authority.
3. Banking & SBP ChannelsOverseas Pakistanis must use Roshan Digital Account (RDA) or documented banking channels for tax credit.
4. On-Ground Site EvidenceCheck satellite imagery or physical site progress for road carpeting, electricity grid, and sewerage connections.
