Pakistan's emerging all-rounder Arafat Minhas has joined Shahid Afridi and Abdul Razzaq in an exclusive list of Pakistani cricketers to score a half-century and claim a five-wicket haul in the same ODI.

The 21-year-old achieved the feat during Pakistan's second match of the home tri-series against England, helping the hosts secure an impressive 87-run victory.

Playing only his fifth ODI since making his debut against Australia in May this year, Minhas delivered a match-winning performance with both bat and ball.

Coming in to bat with Pakistan struggling at 133/5 after 27.3 overs, the left-hander struck nine boundaries in his 58-ball 59. His contribution, along with Hasan Nawaz's aggressive 79, helped Pakistan recover and post a competitive 302/9 in 50 overs.

Minhas continued his impressive performance with the ball, taking six wickets for just 40 runs in 8.4 overs as England were bowled out 87 runs short of the target.
