The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) will suspend electricity in parts of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal on Saturday, November 7, with some areas going without power for up to 8 hours.
According to the shutdown schedule shared by IESCO , most 11kV feeders will stay off from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for annual maintenance, construction and development work, and grid transformer upkeep. The longest outage is in Rawalpindi Cantt, where the New GHQ feeder will remain off from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Several other feeders will also run longer than the standard five-hour window. In Rawalpindi City, the KRL Complex feeder is scheduled from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. In Islamabad, construction-related feeders covering Bani Gala, Ghauri Town, Sohan and related areas will be off from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while maintenance on the Nilore-Bahria Enclave 132kV transmission line is listed from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In Attock, multiple construction feeders and the Sanjwal-Attock transmission circuit also stretch to about seven hours.
IESCO has apologized for the inconvenience and asked consumers for cooperation. The same maintenance program also cut power across the region on November 4 and November 3 .
### Islamabad Operation Circle
In Islamabad, outages cover Nilore, Tarlai, Bara Kahu, Murree, Jhika Gali and Patriata, along with sectors including D-12, F-6, F-8, G-6, G-7, G-9, G-10, G-11, G-13, H-9, H-11, I-9, I-10 and I-11. Construction work feeders run from 8:00 AM, and the 132kV F-6 grid station has a shorter midday window.

These feeders will be off for power transformer maintenance at the F-6 grid station.
### Rawalpindi City Operation Circle
In Rawalpindi City, feeders in the Satellite Town, City and Westridge divisions will be shut down. The KRL Complex feeder has the longest city window, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
### Rawalpindi Cantt Operation Circle
In Rawalpindi Cantt, outages cover the Cantt, Chaklala, Mandra, Rawat, Kahuta, Kallar Syedan and Tariqabad areas. New GHQ will stay off for 8 hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Takbeer-1 follows the standard 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM window, while several hospital-area feeders are limited to 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
### Attock Operation Circle
In Attock, feeders in the Taxila, Wah Cantt, Hassan Abdal, Attock, Hazro, Pindi Gheb and Fateh Jang divisions will be affected. Construction feeders from Sangjani through Wah and Taxila run from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while some Attock Cantt feeders are off from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The Sanjwal grid station also has transformer maintenance from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the Sanjwal-Attock 132kV circuit is listed from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

### Jhelum Operation Circle
In Jhelum, outages are scheduled in the Jhelum-I, Jhelum-II and Gujar Khan divisions, including Sarai Alamgir, Dina, Sohawa and Bewal. All listed feeders run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
### Chakwal Operation Circle
In Chakwal, feeders in the Chakwal, Dhudial, Pind Dadan Khan and Talagang divisions will be affected. All listed annual maintenance and construction feeders run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
