Primary Pass with Valid Driving license holder and well versed in traffic rules. Safely drive official vehicles to transport officers, staff and guests for official duties. Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the vehicle. Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, battery and other essential components before undertaking journeys. Maintain the vehicle logbook and provide accurate details of journeys, mileage, fuel consumption and timings. Comply with traffic laws, departmental instructions and road-safety requirements. Report mechanical faults, defects or maintenance requirements promptly to the competent authority. Ensure that the vehicle is parked at the designated place after duty and is kept secure. Perform any other duty assigned by the competent authority in connection with official transport.
